Jungian
based therapy

When the voice of your soul is hard to find,

Where you are being called makes no sense,

When it's just too damn hard to keep doing the things you have always done.

When you are finding it difficult to remember yourself.

When you are longing for more.

it is likely a call to do inner work.

Depth psychology

In Jungian focused therapy we work together to facilitate wellbeing using a holistic approach that goes beyond quick symptom fix.

We will engage with symptoms for relief, support insight, agency, understanding identity, self cohesion, meeting and handling feelings, building healthy dependency in relationships and building capacity for pleasure.

When we unravel strands of unhelpful patterns to weave a new experience you will engage with life in very different ways.

This slow, considered work, engaging the unconscious as well as your conscious experience  gives you a chance to drop into your own depths with a compassionate and generous witness.

Dream work

“The dream is a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the soul,.." C.G. Jung.

Working with dream allows contact with the vast world of the unconscious which can help us move and respond to our inner and outer life.

Somatic Experiencing
Practioner

Somatic experiencing is a way to meet the body and build cohesion between psyche and soma. It is not a stand alone practice for me but part of what i offer in session.

Creativity

Creativity is inherent in each of us and creates a space to play and explore in ways most of us have lost connection to. In coming home to your creative life you contact vitality and wisdom that nourishes and replenishes.

A simple process

Step One

Getting started together

You reach out by phone or email. I’ll answer your questions and arrange a first session where we talk about what brought you here and what you’re hoping for.

Step Two

First session

We meet for an honest conversation. I listen carefully, without judgement, and together we plan next steps that match your own pace and wishes.

Step Three

Regular work

We explore your concerns over regular sessions—meeting as often as works for you. This is a space to talk, reflect, and make sense of what is coming up.

Step Four

Moving forward

Throughout our work together, I support you in finding your own meaning and direction. When you feel ready, we talk about how to bring what you’ve discovered into your everyday life.
